In theory, the internet is a powerful medium for recruitment. In practice however, it often disappoints. Armed with that knowledge, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa, a large, multi-facility health care system, asked us to help them develop an outdoor campaign that would increase utilization of their recruitment website by local candidates.

The challenge was threefold: create a compelling and memorable message to increase 1st time visits by area professionals; do it in a way that reinforced their unique, faith-based culture; and revamp the website to be as informative and user friendly as possible.

Our solution turned out to be one of our most inspired campaigns – heavenlycareers.com. We recommended creating a new URL for their employment page to ensure easy recall. And, the simply unforgettable new name we created for their URL speaks volumes about the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa experience and environment.

Executed through simple yet provocative billboard designs and incorporated in newspaper ads and local on-screen cinema ads, this award-winning campaign immediately increased hits. And more importantly, hires.
